Field Information
This is the position that the external person will occupy in the organisation.
This pertains to the level codes combination that identifies the cost centre for this volunteer, contractor, etc.
- Level 1 Code must be maintained.
Specify the status of the external person. The button toggles between Active and Inactive.
When first setting up the external person, the status is displayed as Active.
- The Change Status button is used to deem this external person as Inactive.
These are the dates the external person started and finished with the organisation.
This field displays the length of service based on the start date.
This field displays the role held by the external person.
These fields display the start and finish dates of role held by the external person.
