Ratings
This section allows the user to customise the appearance of the Rate and Comment section.

Rules and Guidelines
- An existing template must be selected before the Header information can be edited.
- The "Select Rating" field should always have a value to avoid the error when accessing ESS.
Field Information
This field enables you to configure the message you wish to display on the Header portion of the Ratings section in the workflow.
This field accommodates up to 1,250 characters.
Tick this box if you want it to appear in the process.
This field enables you to rename the/ set your own title for the Ratings section of the workflow.
This field can accommodate up to 50 characters.
This is the rating model to be used in rating defined items. This field should always contain a value to avoid error in the workflow.
*Note that many rating models can be defined and a rating model may be used for many templates.
This tick box defines whether a weighted rating across the section will be calculated and displayed. This also controls whether a simple weighted average is to be calculated across the defined items and then mapped into the rating model. If weightings have not been collected for items, a straight average is to be used. To map the weighted or average value back into the rating model, a simple rounding is to be used.
*Note that there is a single calculated rating across all groups and items.
This identifies whether an employee rating is to be captured in the Input setup and controls whether the employee will be provided the opportunity to self-rate the defined items
This identifies whether a reviewer rating is to be captured in the Review setup and whether the reviewer will be provided the opportunity to rate the Agreed Assessment items.
This identifies whether an employee comment is to be captured in the Input setup and controls whether the employee will be provided the opportunity to comment on the defined items.
This identifies whether a reviewer comment is to be captured in the Review setup and controls whether the reviewer will be provided the opportunity to comment on the Agreed Assessment items.
This defines whether the employee will be given the opportunity to provide an overall comment and controls whether a "Section Summary Comment" field will be available for the employee to edit during the Input step.
This defines whether the reviewer will be given the opportunity to provide an overall comment and controls whether a "Section Summary Comment" field will be available for the reviewer to edit during the Review step.
Drill-down window
This defines the order of items to be displayed in the form.
This defines the title to be displayed for the group. This provides a title for a certain group of items (e.g., Behaviors).
- This is a free-text field.
- Items to be grouped together must have exactly the same Group Title and have a sequential set of Item Order values.
This defines the title to be displayed for the item. This provides a title for a certain item (e.g., Team Work).
This contains additional texts to further describe the purpose in assessing the item that is to be displayed for the item.
This defines the weighting for this item in the section. This provides the basis for the section calculated rating. When the section is saved, a warning message is provided if the sum of values does not equal to 100.
