Applicant Register
This window is used to register suitable applicants who have applied for a position in the organisation. It allows applicants to be linked directly to job requisitions.

Field Information
An Applicant Number of up to six characters can be entered in this field.
- If the field is left blank, the system will automatically allocate a number when the record is saved.
Is the applicant an existing employee?
- External
- Internal
Select from the drop-down the Employee ID number, if the applicant is Internal.
If the applicant is Internal, this section of the Applicant Register window displays the following applicant's/employee's personal information.
- Surname*
- Title*
- Other Names*
- Marital Status
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Home Address
- Contact Address Details
If the applicant is External, the information must be entered manually.
Enter the date the applicant registered for the Position.
Enter the details of the Agency where the applicant may have registered or applied.
Enter the details of the Contract Company if the applicant is from a labour hire company.
Enter comment/s regarding the applicant in this field.
The next section of the window can be accessed by drilling down on a selected line and can be used to directly link with a job requisition, if required.
Enter the requisition number of the position the applicant applied for.
This field displays the Position Number allocated to the selected Requisition Number.
Enter the date the applicant applied for the position.
Select from the drop-down the method by which the applicant knew of the job.
Select from the drop-down the current status of the applicant's application.
