Instructions
This section displays the instructional text at the start of the form for each of the employee, as well as the reviewer roles associated with the form at each step in the process to be defined.

Prerequisites
- Initial Summary information are setup using the Define Template window.
Rules and Guidelines
- The field in every step of this screen can accommodate up to 1,750 characters.
Field Information
Update Step
Employee
When the tick box is selected, the text entered in this section is displayed when the employee views the form during the Update step of the workflow.
Reviewer
When the tick box is selected, the text entered in this section is displayed when the reviewer views the form during the Update step of the workflow.
Input Step
Employee
When the tick box is selected, the text entered in this section is displayed to the employee during the Input step of the workflow.
Reviewer
When the tick box is selected, the text entered in this section is displayed to the reviewer during the Input step of the workflow.
Review Step
Employee
When the tick box is selected, the text entered in this section is displayed to the employee during the Review step of the workflow
Reviewer
When the tick box is selected, the text entered in this section is displayed to the reviewer during the Review step of the workflow.
Feedback Step
