Return To Work
This window allows for the setup, monitoring and maintenance of restrictions placed on an employee returning to work after an accident.

Field Information
Effective Date*
The date that the return to work record becomes effective.
- If a date is not entered, by default the system date (today's date) is used.
Change Reason
Select from the dropdown the reason for changing the employee's Return to Work record.
Example: The reason for the first record could be Doctor's Certificate and the second record could be Reviewed, moving to light duties etc.
Review Date
Enter the date that this task, Return to Work will be reviewed.
- If a date is not entered, by default the system date (today's date) is used.
Supervisor ID
Enter/select the ID Number of the person responsible for supervising this employee through their return to work plan.
Location
Select from the dropdown the location the employee will return to.
Suitable Offer Made
Has it been possible to establish a suitable job, taking into account the above restrictions, to which this employee may return?
Hours of Work From to To Hours of Work To
Enter the start and end times of work for the employee.
Days Avail. to Work
Enter the days that the employee will work.
Planned Return Date
This is the date planned to review this Return to Work plan.
Additional Notes
Any relevant comments that describe these restrictions as applied to this employee.
Medical Restrictions
Restriction Type*
The type of restriction applied to the selected employee.

Restriction Code*
This is the Restriction Reason code.
Date From and To
This is the period of time the restriction was in place.
Upon saving the record the message Do you wish to create a Return to work history record? appears. By selecting Y this will create a record in the Return to Work History window.
