Field Information

ClosedCompulsory Events
ClosedEvent*

This field displays any compulsory events.

ClosedStatus*

This field displays the Status associated with the compulsory event.

  • The status can be changed as the event circumstances change.
  • Valid values are Current, Completed and Pending.

 

ClosedEvent Date

This field displays the date the event began or was first recorded.

  • The date is based on the status of the event and may be a required field.

 

ClosedExpiry Date

This field displays the date the compliance or training is due to expire.

  • The expiry date is based on the status of the event and may be a required field.

 

ClosedCompliance Comment

Comments about the Compliance are entered/displayed in this field.

 

ClosedOptional Events

Events that may be necessary to record for the external person can be entered in this section. The functionalities of the fields are identical to the Compulsory Events section.
