Agreed Assessment
This screen allows for the Agreed Assessment section of the Define Template process to be maintained and edited.

Prerequisites
- Initial Agreed Assessment information are setup using the Define Template window.
Rules and Guidelines
- An existing Template must be selected before the Header information can be edited.

Every input field on this screen can accommodate up to 50 characters.
Field Information
This field enables you to configure the message you wish to display on the Header portion of the Agreed Assessment section in the workflow.
This field accommodates up to 1,250 characters.
When selected, this field will enable the Agreed Assessment Section of the Performance Review. Otherwise, no information will be required from the employee.
Ticking this adds a new selection called "Select Previous Assessment" to the Agreed Assessment section of the workflow wizard.
- This selection lists previous Performance Reviews, where the most recent is displayed at the top of the list (record presented here is the same as that on Completed Performance Forms).
- When a selection has been made on "Select Previous Assessment", a message will be displayed asking if the action to be performed is to "Append" the existing items with the selected Agreed Assessment, or to "Replace" the existing items with the items belonging to the selected Agreed Assessment.
- When "Append"is clicked, the selected item will be added to the existing record.
- When "Replace" is clicked, the items added from a Previous Assessment will be replaced with items from the Assessment that has just been selected (where items added manually will remain).
Ticking this allows employees to edit/ delete carried over items.
If not selected, employees will not be able to edit/ delete carried over items. Employees will be allowed to add new items in either scenario.
When selected, any of the following labels will appear on the Assessment section of the Performance Review form.
- Performance Criteria Title*
- Measurement Title*
- Display Description Column
- Display Completion Date
- Display Measurement Attributes
- Display Weightages
This allows you to customise the items you want to appear in Assessment section.
Just tick the items or select the dropdown for the default selection.
