Comments

This screen allows the Comments section of the template to be maintained.

  • The value of all lines in the Table Information section must have a total of 100.

Field Information

ClosedMSS/ ESS Page Header

This field enables you to configure the message you wish to display on the Header portion of the Comments section in the workflow.

This field accommodates up to 1,250 characters.

ClosedUse Comment Only Section

Tick this button to enable this section in the Performance Review process.

ClosedCapture Employee Comment

Tick this button to enable employee's comments in the Performance Review process.

ClosedCapture Reviewer Comment

Tick this button to enable the manager's comments in the Performance Review process.

ClosedOrder

This defines the order of items to be displayed in the form.

ClosedGroup Title*

This defines the title to be displayed for the group. This provides a title for a certain group of items (e.g., Behaviors).

  • This is a free-text field.
  • Items to be grouped together must have exactly the same group title and have a sequential set of Item Order values.

 

ClosedItem Title*

This defines the title to be displayed for the item. This provides a title for a certain item (e.g., Team Work).

ClosedDescription*

This contains additional texts to further describe the purpose in assessing the item that is to be displayed for the item.
