Rules and Guidelines

• If an employee is terminated, the mentoring records for both employees are moved to this window. The timing of this is based on the following:-
  • If an employee who has been terminated is subsequently reinstated or reactivated, their records are not removed from Mentoring history and returned to the live mentoring records.

• When a mentoring record is deleted from the records of one employee it is also deleted from the records of the other employee. Mentoring records are transferred to this window for viewing.

ESS Access 

• Information entered on this window could be accessible to the employee when logging into Employee Self Service.

All the data from the original record has been transferred to this window .
